Cancelation Policy:
Your time is valuable, and so is ours.
At Elite Sudz, we strive to provide a premium, punctual service for all our clients. Because we are a mobile service and travel to your location, last-minute changes significantly impact our schedule.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Deposit Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain or storms), we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience, and your deposit will be fully transferred to the new date.
- No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the vehicle or perform the service within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a "No-Show" and the deposit will not be refunded.

We charge $0.62/mile for anyone over 15 miles from our location
